Return Policy

Sweet Pea’s is committed to our customers having the best shopping experience possible. All uninstalled non-closeout, non-sale, and non-custom products may be returned within 10 days of receipt. This must include all packaging, wrapping, parts, packing slip, and instructions in the original box for returns. 

To return you must notify with your email address and order number ready. We email you a UPS label to be printed and used to return the item.  The item must be in original packaging and in new condition without any missing components.

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and must use the label sent. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling and any restocking fees. Please allow 3-5 business days once the item is received and inspected for a refund to be in process. Refunds take 7-10 business days to show in your account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the item was received damaged, defective or incorrect. If an item was received damaged, we will do our best to have a replacement piece shipped to you as soon as possible.

A 15% restocking fee may apply to your returned item if the manufacturer applies for a return. If the order was expedited it can be up to a 25% restocking fee. These restocking fee percentages will be taken off the total of the order and will not begin processing until the item is received on our end. 

When shipping a return if there is damage caused to an item by not packaging it properly, you will not receive a refund. Please package your return with care. 

Items not eligible for returns:

Custom or Built to Order

Any item that is not resellable, including original packaging with instructions and original packing slip

Light bulbs, globes, parts, shades, and accessories

Altered items - cut, clipped, or stripped

Items marked Final Sale

Floor models, open box, and clearance items

Discontinued items

Items or Orders over $2,000


Sweet Pea’s backs all of their products with a one-year warranty. If you should find you have a defective item please let us know so we may contact the vendor.
